The Guerrilla Girls are a group of anonymous women feminists who demand equality for women artists and all women of all color. My selfie here is inspired by all the women artists who have to fight for their art to be issued in a museum that doesn't involve the dehumanizing use of their bodies as products to sell. I used paint as a way to communicate that I demand equality for all genders, race, sexuality, etc. The word painted on my is "women" to show that I want to be able to one day see art made by all artists of all shapes and colors.
